We have been changing things up a bit lately. The biggest change is our new drummer, Tamir Barzilay! He has brought fresh new life to the music and the band has been supercharged ever since! So charged that we're hitting the studio next month to record a bunch of songs for a new record! Things feel like they're falling into place, so stay tuned...

PAPER SUN at MOLLY MALONE'S with SHAWN ECKELS!
We're very excited about the upcoming show at Molly Malone's. Not only will we be inveiling two (maybe three) new songs, but we will have my brother, SHAWN ECKELS, joining us on guitar! He's a monster player from the band, SPEAKEASY. Having him, along with the amazing, Deron Johnson, on keys is sure to be a crazy show. Can't wait.
We're working hard towards getting the album out this summer. Stay tuned for more details and updates. We're making sure to give you our absolute best funky rockin' soul record we've got in us. We're very excited to get it to you.
I've also had the extreme pleasure over the last several months of working with one of my heros, Mr. Bill Withers. He's been helping out with his daughter, Kori Withers' project in which I have been a big part. It has been so much fun and inspiring. The band is killer! Kori and her whole family are incredible people. Bill can share stories for days. I can't begin to tell you how much I have already learned. Stay tune for updates on Kori's project as it progresses. We're really excited to be going into the studio and recording her stuff as well.

PAPER SUN EVERY TUESDAY in APRIL!
In April, PAPER SUN will be doing a month residency at ROOM 5 in Hollywood every Tuesday night. The band will be taking the stage at 9pm each week for a full band set surrounded by great music all night all night starting at 8pm. Plan on hearing some new songs in development as well as all of your favorites!
